Associate Program

Associate Program

The Court has created an Associate Program so that individuals who have a relevant interest in arbitration activities can be linked to our institution.

The objective is to strengthen the Court’s ties and communication with the business and arbitration communities and, in this way, reinforce the Court’s capacity to respond to the needs of its users.

Advantages

Among other advantages, Associates will be entitled to:

Include their name, contact details and curriculum vitae in the Court’s public list of Associates, which will be accessible through the Court’s website;

Preferential access at special rates to Court events; and

Receive a three-monthly Arbitration and Mediation Newsletter.

Associate status does not imply that the Court will appoint the person in question as an arbitrator. The Court’s procedure for selecting and appointing arbitrators is explained here.

Requirements

Individuals interested in joining the Court’s Associate Program must meet the following requirements:

Sufficiently demonstrate, in the opinion of the Secretariat of the Court, that they have a legitimate and relevant interest in arbitration (which will typically be done through the curriculum vitae submitted by candidates).

Pay the corresponding annual fee, in accordance with the applicable rates.

Registration

To register for the program, please send the following documents to [email protected]:

Bank proof of payment of the annual membership fee and the corresponding billing data.

Registration will take place once the Court has carried out the corresponding review of the application and confirms its acceptance.
